Inquiries regarding the issue of switching to a private electricity supplier
Questions and inquiries regarding issues related to switching to private providers should be directed to the private provider to which the customer wishes to switch and not to Noga's public inquiry box. The provider will review all issues with the relevant parties at Noga. Noga will provide a complete response to the private provider, who will then forward Noga's response to the inquiring customer.
