NOGA - ISRAEL INDEPENDENT SYSTEM OPERATOR Ltd. has recently completed a comprehensive process of formulating and updating a corporate responsibility policy. The policy reflects the Company's core values and outlines its clear commitment to the areas of the environment, human rights, safety, corporate governance, and employee welfare. This process also formulated material issues - these are the environmental and social issues that have the most significant impact on the Company's operations and its stakeholders. These issues, identified through dialogue with both internal and external parties, have been fully and integrally incorporated into the new policy.

This policy constitutes a clear roadmap for integrating the principles of corporate responsibility into all aspects of the Company's operations and ensures that the Company works towards a sustainable future for all stakeholders.
