The MCP prices published on this page are calculated based on the outline presented to the public and published on the NOGA - ISRAEL INDEPENDENT SYSTEM OPERATOR Ltd. website.
Noga does not undertake in this publication that the prices will be calculated for each day.
The price displayed on a daily basis may not or will not fully reflect the MCP method that will be derived from the Authority's final decisions and regulatory changes regarding the market price calculation method.
It should be taken into account that there may be deviations from the known calculation method in relation to the final method and the above-mentioned method in most cases in relation to the end cases that were presented to the public as part of the sharing process.
The price is published as part of the sharing process and the examination of the method until final decisions are made on the subject.
The published price should not be considered as a price that should be relied upon in the future after the Authority's decisions on the subject are made. Anyone who uses the price presented for any need and/or purpose, including business decisions, does so at his own discretion and sole responsibility and will not have any claims and/or demands of any kind and/or type against Noga and/or the Electricity Authority in the Ministry of Energy and/or the State of Israel for relying fully or partially, explicitly or implicitly, on the market price published on this page.
